i just realized tibo's record at madrid is super bad. he conceded 81 goals in 58 games! padan muka!

but kinda sad seeing hazard not living to expectation. hopefully hazard can regain his form sooner rather than later. maybe still adjusting to new system at madrid.

how long are we going to get stuck with willian? just start with pulisic already. at least pulisic is more lively rather than sulking during the match.

i think i am one of the guy who put heavy criticism on jorginho last season. and i am glad how good he has become this season. and kovacic also shown a lot of improvement. i think it must be due to the different playstyle adopted by two different managers. hopefully things can get better once kante is back to full fitness.

also quite impressed with tammy. not only he keep getting on the scoresheet, he seems to put to bed the curse of our #9 jersey. good for him and for the team! if he can get at least 15-20 goals this season, i would be really satisfied!

I am also not really a fan of willian. Please sell him while he still have value.

got few times already we are taking too many touches in the box, especially from willian.. should have keep it simple and just try taking a shot.

i think zouma should have chase the ball.. not really that far from him. instead, he was calling for kova to come and get it.

damn.. our defenders were shaky. we really need a good CB to partner rudiger. zouma and christensen just doesn't cut it. and we really need a LB/LWB. alonso getting old and emerson just being emerson. not good in attack, not good in defending.

and we also need a CM/AM. although kova is quite good, it is too much pressure for him to make the magic on weekly basis. and mount no longer have any tricks up his sleeve.

we are so lucky! but i'll take the 3points. who cares!

according to priority:
1 - Left back (alonso is only good as WB, emerson is good as backup)
2 - CM/AM (kova is quite good but need some reinforcement there for options and competitiveness - need to get a big bully for this post to give some steel to our midfield area, mount starting to look like trash now and we got no other options for this position)
3 - CF (we severely lacking in options in this post)
4 - CB (christensen and zouma are below average this season, tomori doing good)

1 & 2 is a must for this winter transfer window.
3 & 4 during summer window.

Also need to get new wide player during summer as willian and pedro out of contract?

totally agree on kante. world class in his position but was played out of position.

i will not say jorgi is good for nothing, at least for this season. he sucked last season but he showed massive improvement this year, at least in the way he distribute the ball and managing our midfield play. however, jorgi is a player JM would consider as luxury, because he can only do passing, and nothing else. last time JM said this to Juan Mata because he can only attack and cannot defend - which prompted him to declare Oscar as our #10 and subsequently selling Mata to MU.

the thing with our midfield is that, we dont have identity. maybe because our current group of player is one dimensional which limit the tactical that lampard can do. all small and weak bodies, no enforcer/ midfield-destroyer type of player in the middle.

and i cannot believe the day had come when people started calling for kante to be axed. get into other europe big team, this guy will lift the CL after this. if we really want him to go, get at least 100million for him.

if we really trade kante for jorgi, then the grudge that i will have is the same as the one i got for oscar. stupid move by the club!

forgot to address the issue related to kepa.. people are putting the pressure on kepa because he is the most expensive goalie. however, you also need to know why bilbao put such price on his head. it is not like he put the price on his own or demand for it and prior to be linked with chelsea, nobody knows about him. he is average at best when people start to know him at bilbao. and what is the relationship between paying high price for him and expecting him to turn into super goalie immediately?

the point is, the club gambled on him and failed. we also need to stop dreaming to recoup the cost if we were going to sell him and next goalie will surely be more expensive than this. other clubs will surely make his price as a benchmark during negotiations later..

my take is that, we should stick with him. he is just 25. still got time for development. heck, the whole team is in shambles right now. plus, goalie stats is quite unique because they work/ are affected by the quality of defenders in front of them. hopefully he can get better and be our goalie until he is 40!

should have hire lampard as our interim manager.. all fun and hoo haa.. return of a legend.. but he is clearly out of depth and inexperience..

considering abramovich now no longer as passionate as before, i think the club is slowly moving backwards now.
