"Fund your account" still pending
while "Confirm Mobile Number" & "Submit A Document To Verify Your Residential Address" COMPLETED.
Got an email from them this morning, asking me to check "Message Center" for a ticket.
But where do you access "Message Center"?
This is the email I received

If your application has not yet been approved, access the Message Center by logging into your account application here and selecting the Help link located in the lower-right-hand corner. If your application has been approved, access the Message Center by logging into your account and selecting the Support menu option.
The Message Center is accessible in Account Management home page via the bell icon (upper left corner) or the Support menu (left side of the page). We encourage you to check the Message Center to verify if there is time-sensitive or risk oriented information.
And this is my page when I login.
But I dont see any help link or Support Menu option??
