2 episodes in Netflix's Resident Evil

so far still not liking it, story is kinda stupid and draggy, the twins are annoying, the only saving grace is Lance Reddick's performance

Seems like it's just borrowing names & concepts from the original and has nothing to do with "Resident Evil" premise name

I'll give it another episode today, if doesn't improve I'm dropping it

whatever movie and series related to RE are trash

well, at least few of the animation series aren't bad

anyway, am dropping this shitty RE series, can't even go thru the whole ep3, had to quit half way, just can't stand it anymore

Netflix keep dumping shitty shows out... too many woke agenda in them. Now i only watch their animation and Korean drama in it, the recent taiwanese show incantation quite nice.. those hollywood one cannot pakai one.

not bad got some vibes of the 80s HK Bomoh show.... those that go Thailand get yourself curse or curse others type or those Raising Child Ghost "养鬼仔“ sort of story.

It's pretty good, got some unexpected twists near the end

The Sea Beast is the best kids movie I've seen in years. It's basically How to Train Your Kraken from the same studio who did HTTYD.

Only downside is it feels like they blew most of their budget on that first action sequence, because most of what came after aren't as impressive.

Watched it. Some disturbing scenes here and there. Overall not bad but ain't to the point you can't sleep...... unless you watch it alone at night

The Gray Man just released. I hated the action sequence, very messy and fucking shaky. Like they purposedly made the shot to be super shaky. Idk, maybe to exaggerate the supposedly adrenaline inducing, action stuff? But hell, its super shaky camera shots, can't make up heads and tail, can't see who shot who or who punched who. Smh netflix.

And too much fpv shots... i know fpv drone shots are more energetic but they overused it... and the score sounds repetitive and lost the tension... not sure if its because of budget or russo bros lost their touch

Yeah I've noticed the overused high angle shots too. Forgot to mentioned the pitch black darkness shots. In daylight fights like at the plaza and on the train, its barely watchable. But at night or in building fights sequence like in the plane or at the hospital then get prepare to feel like punching the screen. The pre-climax fight is both at night and in a building. Ughhhh
