i dont think they are agent, i believe they are direct sunway sales team as all wearing the same red shirt. my sale rep also the same pattern, previously i am a keen buyer, after the bad attitude, i direct complain to their front desk and move out from this project. maybe money earning is so easy for them as like their pride and dignity become the first priority.

corner unit add 5k, level got 8 add 5k. unit no.8 no add price.
each level add 1k (for no 8 number floor)
kitchen design is good. 3 years later, 20k cannot get for Type A.

Yes, it's sunway rep. The agent said it starting price for type B is around 800k before the 10%. I'm kinda of surprise today, the price written on the unit selection board suddenly so high.

I also felt suprise. Probably type A corner more youngster will chose cause the extra view and type C corner for the big family.but no doubt, sunway do pretty well on their marketing strategy

yeah but if put on wet kitchen and stack it , it looks like not an ideal way to do that , but well still got three year plus to think of , so settle of getting loan first haha
