The light industry isn't really noisy IMO, and Sunway is planning to demolish the showroom and put Phase 2 (Commercial lots) which will block out the light industry hopefully (well this is what the developer told me). My unit is facing the water tank though, but to be honest that doesn't bother me much; I'm facing away from most of the potential traffic/LRT/PPR noise coming from the other side, in exchange for a water tank, ground floor park view and low density housing. No highway noise as well, I predict that is. Just happy to have a decent house now.

The proposed covered walkaway to LRT Muhibbah would be awesome; but I wonder how they are going to implement it with the PPR and surrounding infrastructure.

Phase 2 is blocking lrt muhhibah and ppr side, , if you blok A type A , you forever need facing the light industrial area, what good is , with industrial area and right side is landed, you almost have unblock view for quite long time , if you stay high enough shouldnt be an issue

Cons will be the view is facing puchong and evening sun haha

Useless one la, they will park back after sometimes, if potential buyer want to use the road to kesas and other places daily in peak hour , suggest you to look for other places , if not ur life will suffer

Total residence is 748 units.
Parking allocated is 1,2 or 3 lots to each unit bought.
Anyway, only 1 EV lot is allocated to each resident.
That means a total of 748 units of EV charging lot in that building.

Here is how the loading control works:-
Maximum only HALF of 748 units is allowed to charge at once --> 374 units !!

Maximum length of time is 4 hours (or 6 hours I forgot). After your charging time is finished, it will automatically terminate, and the "charging order" will go to the next in queue. This is a normal  charging port.

On top of your own charging pot, there are at least 2 fast charging ports at the ground floor visitors area.

No EV infra mentioned in Flora2 product information.
