What i heard from my friend is easy spoil and much more expensive than 2 separate unit, not sure, not deep research on this kind of product, yea maybe future price will go down and more mature technology

Lowest is 3.65 i think , macam is rhb , mbb and pbb also 3.7 on paper la , not sure the final rate, personally i prefer mbb for easy control money flow from app , take out excess payment those

U expect good view in this area abit hard, firstly blok A deeper inside, view already might block by blok B , not to say future flora 2, you probably cant see much thing with more high rise building up

And the lrt track is there also , infront is old development area like bukit oug and ppr , got 1 side got landed maybe have some view, some more this area is not on slope or hill side, hard to get a super good view i guess, at least got facility view , someone might like this
