I think good developer will build as much as tall tree to camouflage and cover the surrounding so that you dont see the outside condition much, if is no smell should be fine.

Still deciding to take this or miranda hill

Yea right, but i aiming more for own stay not investment, i look thru all these projects, still on doubt want bet my future stay in BJ or not, or move to other area

1. Products from reputable developers...assurance to purchasers (exp first home buyers)

Almost at a point to decide , today i took putrajaya mrt line, i believe mrt is the future, faster, more stable compare to lrt line.

The only thing still hook me on on this project is the discount given for early bird. I will do a site visit on another project then i will decide by this week. Not sure take back cheque will incur any charges from sunway or not
