i have visited few projects at BJ area. My point of view are:
Maple -tower C launched this year, overpriced, but location wise is good. high ceiling come with higher furniture cost
Dveleda - nothing special, bear unit, selling for location. doesnt fancy that kind of layout. very obvious its designed for investment purpose.
JKR Convena - Cheaper price with low maintenance fees. but it stated as apartment, not condo. And there only one access to the site which surrounded by light industry. imagine if one accident happened there, stuck 99 la
Th Jalil - Price banyak cheap, just maintenance is very high. Location wise is a certain distance to Pavilion but the main road to Puncak Jalil beside the project will become a nightware especially its a uphill and slope.
Sunway Flora - Unit concept and layout is good. But not much potential development can be done in surrounding as all lane has been occupied. Price wise not cheap as location is just MEH and its design for ownstay. very hard to convince buyer as the attractive point such as linear park, covered walkway, Flora Phase 2 commercial, semi-furnish package all are just verbal sales talk only.
Yea right, but i aiming more for own stay not investment, i look thru all these projects, still on doubt want bet my future stay in BJ or not, or move to other area
