i talked with few type C purchasers. The main reason they chose this project and type C is because their family is staying together and they have their own kids. so putting aside the unit price, the unit size and comfortability will be their first priority. furthermore, instead of using same price staying on landed, they prefer condo which has more kid friendly facility and secure. By just paying a sum of maintenance, they actually can save a lot of hassle.

if can, i prefer they rebuild with low rise commercial, at least is an enhancement to the surrounding. besides, with so much resident staying nearby, catering is a good business also.

PPR and low cost residents will be there like forever ady, so whoever can bring profit to the business, they will become the 1st priority. Flora resident will be the minority to actually enjoy the extra add-on from the surrounding. i believe owner or family who stay in Flora wont allow their kid or themselves to actually walk out the condo since the safety is not so convincing once u step out the premise.

Sorry to say, it just like world war Z, while you're staying inside your fortress surrounded with lots of zombie.

Try walk in to those project gallery that you looking for,spend perhaps few hour talk to the sale staff or try fb or utube to get more resources. Its will be more effective and help yourself to think and consider more wisely.if one have done enuf homework, one should have give own opinion and statement but not asking a lot question smile.gif

all information has ady ascertained. Those decided to buy has ady bought and there's ntng much to ask ady. Once you are in the owner list, any update can get directly from the developer.

There will be a package letter mention all the rebate. Lawyer will draft the SPA in standard format for all.SPA will only state your purchase price (loan shall draw according this amount). So on sigining SPA day,u can opt for upgrading package and know your extra rebate entitlement on the spot.
You can chose to take 3k nett rebate or take the points.

I believe since no more rebate, so buyer tend to looks for others project ady. Indeed without rebate, the price seen not attractive
