usually podium and tower block will be very fast as it only duplicate up. the time consuming part is the foundation (which ady done) and the facility floor. (may took up to 6months)

if all owner get the the EV charger port then really is value added.
but i doubt developer willing to spend this kind of money XD maybe just localise few at each floor |

as i remember previously they give a lot of discount which will be rebated during stage billing.
just for discussion, will you all prefer a project to be price higher with a lot of rebate or normally priced with less rebate? eventually both will get the same amount also.
