View I think unless you get KL view high floor , but that’s also only applicable for tower B , cause I think mainly view will be block by tower b based on the orientation , and for water tank I think as long you aim high enough it should not be an issue

Today just went to the ballot booking. I was told by my agent the estimated psf is 690psf for type B. however, until the unit selection, the price just went up to 760psf. My agent said it was increased with immediate effect.

Yes, it's sunway rep. The agent said it starting price for type B is around 800k before the 10%. I'm kinda of surprise today, the price written on the unit selection board suddenly so high.

Surprisingly type a corner unit take up rate very fast though , same as type c corner unit …. Looks like sunway was happy with launching event hahahahaha
