Are you sure u talk to a sale rep not a concman? Cause all the price is clearly written on the unit, u can just look directly on the board.

I think ur homework done not enough. 800k after 8% for type B is almost 600psf only,logical wise its not possible. I suprise ur suprise haha

I also felt suprise. Probably type A corner more youngster will chose cause the extra view and type C corner for the big family.but no doubt, sunway do pretty well on their marketing strategy

Until 12pm, type A beside lift lobby zero taker, type C near tower B 3 taker, and type B in front lift 7 taker. Other mostly 80% taken especially type A and C corner almost 95%. I have the whole board photo.just cant share here

U can dry it at your wet kitchen area. The space is not compulsory has to do kitchen only. And dry at balcony is vrry common nowadays too

if for me, i wouldnt take it base on below few points:
1. the given KC will constrain future ID design
2. base on the given KC package, anticipated the KC price wont be exceeding the discount sum even after 5 years.
3. if KC is included, very hard to check for defect around kitchen area, and extra protection to KC required when doing reno
4. hardly get to negotiate further during future reno as big portion of reno cost at KC has been excluded

look back to the board, level 28 is the most unit taken floor. all taken except the unit beside lift lobby. the floor with No.8 leh, extra 5k leh, but still all people rush for it...nowadays really what suprise also can happen....hahaha

i assume the private review they received 300 confirmed unit booking, mean RM5,000 x 300 = RM1.5mil free loan without interest..haha

yup. as mentioned previously, unit facing facility wont have the luxury view. but, unit facing the others side will kena sunset...so its has their own pro and conc.
depend which aspect the owner more concern with only.
