cant find any detail video on utube,fb, even no adv in iprop.
maybe Sunway is controlling the sale staff to be quality rather then quantity.
if outsource to agency, most of the agents are just selling by luck not by knowledge.

All in all, i feel like the cons for this project are not ultimate deal breaker for me. However would like to seek for more opnions before commiting to this project.

The project itself is fine. Considering the price and package they offered.
If not really particular on the surrounding , its still better compare with others. Much confident if you buy for own stay with family and kids.

must be agent or newly joint staff. Sunway sale team wont use this lame reason to attract customer haha
the project not really that hot sale also, better increase price so can chase more customer away XD

i not believe Sunway methology will be so childish. it's kind of that personal who urge for sale only will come out with this kind of statement, which not required any profession or training. And usually this kind agent just throw out the net everywhere and disappear hoping some fish to swim into it. does he really into the project? Nah, doubt he has knowledge on property also.

however also, many still opt to believe those GURU as these will be the fastest way and shortcut way to make themselves feel comfortable. nowadays, many have money, but they dont have time haha

i think its normal. cause even if 90's, one still manage to affort say 3k monthly installment nowadays. not to say if they have partner and each of them only need to fork out half of it. and also with government subsidary and some maybe parent support, kind of easy to get a house today. it's just depend how many house they wana get only

agree. developer price their properties that way surely has done their market survey.
so it's purchaser ownselve to define the value and evaluate their own affortbility to purchase.
Property was never cheap/expensive. its just supply & demand chain
however also, who willing to take the risk might get the bigger return as well or vise versa (larger impact on developer)

You should throw this question to developer: why build at these area not those area near city?
and township is developed from small small piece of development and eventually it's become mature.
we are not saying the price in BJ matched their market, but still, majority of the projects are hot selling cake.
you cant put your own perspective to represent and assume others also will make the same consideration as you wish.

simple fact: why BJ become more and more conjested? are BJ population in BJ keep on increasing throughout the years? If yes, then you get your answer where project pricing come from.

based on your perspective, macam people who work at KL city area but why not buy nearby their work area or those mature township and end up bought BJ area has a weird mindset and hard to understand from your point of view biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

If want to accomodate so much, avoid traffic, my advice, dont buy properties, rent wherever near your office.
