Got detail plan of ev infra ? I saw one news said one of the carpark bay will have ev ready, wonder how true is it, nothing promised in the snp than the groundfloor ev bay.

No i think some condo did that, ev infra ready , means they pull the cable for u, you still need to install wall box yourself, and yes you need to pay monthly according to your usage, some old condo upgrade is pay fixed rate to management, the extra paid will be use as income and fund for property

Got individual meter i guess , saw from a video from a car youtuber that he lead the management for the change, how much i dunno.

Of course all the charges and proposal need decide in egm/agm

Depends on developer and project i guess, sunway surprisingly cash back at very early stage, almost in the 1st payment then get already, some of my fren buy other dev only give a cheque during handover.

Compare to nearby project like aurum and veladaz then buyer need pay extra.

But regardless it depends on the future value , high rebate but future value dead also useless, thats why alot follow guru group buy and lelong later, took the cash bacl enjoyed and found out rental and value cannot cover but buy too many units
