Hmm u narrow down your view, if you target KL city center is ur place to go and ur work place, def bukit jalil is not a choice, got plenty better option.

Nowadays got so many area of community that you can survive without travelling to another, for example , maluri resident will complain pj is far, does this make pj value go down ? No because pj have its own community.

800-1k sqft is a norm for jalil perkasa 1 new build , because it is established street , and with material price up work force salary increased, it will be that case.

Still got many other reason to ppl opt to stay bukit jalil, maybe just his working place at south side, or even hometown at south side can easily go back using north south highway.

If using ur judgement based on kl city center , those setia alam , kd , damansara all will be trash already.

Community building up need time, if u think the place not worthy, just pick other place, there is always options and reasons why ppl choose to be there.

Just an advise in general, dont buy the place far from your work if you need to travel on peak hour everyday, it just doesnt work in long run.

Pick mrt properties, or near enuff so you dont complain, life just not worth to stuck in jam

Ya i think will be similar, both using same architect and same main con, many things just pluck and play, but serene price tag higher in general.

They also do extra effort to build the side road entrance jalan serene experience, i wonder flora able to do that with the surrounding quite messy, and the walk way to lrt will be a challenge as well.

Good part for flora is less water feature = less maintenance, the lazy river water bill and maintenance will be a headache for sure.

I like serene car park void to allow sunlight and if look from top is a leaf shape and surrounding lazy river also a leaf shape, can see alot leaf shape design languge in the building , good work for the little detail

The serene gym design is ugly tho , and the jagguci on the top floor is weird also

Hopefully flora get better treatment
