Nowadays got so many area of community that you can survive without travelling to another, for example , maluri resident will complain pj is far, does this make pj value go down ? No because pj have its own community.
800-1k sqft is a norm for jalil perkasa 1 new build , because it is established street , and with material price up work force salary increased, it will be that case.
Still got many other reason to ppl opt to stay bukit jalil, maybe just his working place at south side, or even hometown at south side can easily go back using north south highway.
If using ur judgement based on kl city center , those setia alam , kd , damansara all will be trash already.
Community building up need time, if u think the place not worthy, just pick other place, there is always options and reasons why ppl choose to be there.
