So my name was listed under SAA in CCRIS. I've cleared the debt in Feb, now its almost October tapi nama aku masih lagi blacklist. The loan provider said they did everything at their end already now its all up to BNM. Biasa berapa lama nak clear nama ni? Aku dah sakit kepala nak buat loan tak boleh.

only the bank which put u into SAA will blacklist u, SAA record will clear in 1 month, max 2 months depending on bank efficiency. SAA has nothing to do with BNM

u should take a ctos report if you havent to see what other credit problems u have

My Experience,

I request release letter from bank, then bring to BNM CCRIS counter. After 1 month my CCRIS clear.

Need to call the bank or the company that you own the money.
Ask them to send the report to BNM state you have clear the payment to update your status.

It should be taking 3 working days.

They said they did

this, with the letter from bank, BNM can help u clear the ccris. Or if u have eCcris, you can do data verification request and upload the letter and BNM will follow up with the bank.

CCRIS renew after a year

1. Call BNM
2. Follow all their instruction
3. ???
4. Profit!

What is blacklist CCRIS. do u even know how ccris works?

There are no such list.

What ccris do is they display your loan performance. It displays how long your loans are overdue. 0 means no over due. 1 is 1 month, 2 for 2 months so on and so forth.

Defaulting any loans, wont get into any list in CCRIS. Just that the loan will display how many month u defaulted.

Pay all your loans in time, if possible in advance.

And people reading the ccris report, will read for a whole year. A calendar year.

12 months.

CCRIS will record your credit record for past 12 months.

If you messed up one month and cleared the debt the next month, previous month will be marked as bad credit record until one year later it will no longer tracked on CCRIS.

If you clear up whole loan (full settlement) then no need wait for 12 months. Usually it will take 2 weeks to 2 months to totally remove you from the CCRIS

CCRIS. In order to get a good rating, pay your loans on time. Advance payment better.

Future month will be 0 but the past record 1 is still there until it is off record.

last time i get 1 because of bank mistake, told me to wait 1 year to let it auto 0, escalate until higher management, then they clear off my 1 record.

Time will heal your CRISS record, provided you pay your loan. If not, no point crying or thinking further..... don't waste your time.

So the bank is responsible to clear instead of BNM? I've been to the bank like 7-8 times already.

bank have to submit document/release letter to bnm.

if bank say cannot, then u have to voice up and make complain lo. threaten them to bnm? i dunno, but in my case, the management called me to apologize and promised will clear within 3 working days.

bnm job is just to update your record only.

No, your one is common repayment case.

Example, you pay car monthly installment, if this month you late payment, then it will indicate "1"
This record will keep for 12 months. So the "1" will only refresh after 12 months later

too those who didn't get to see TS screenshot, the SAA tag is associated with AEON Credit.

if i understand correctly, TS said he already cleared the loan, but the tagging didn't disappear.

BNM only maintain CCRIS uptime.

the (non) payment record is supplied by individual lender.

chase your lender.


maybe, you can take CCRIS printout and proof of final settlement to AEON, and chase from there.

Generate your report first, then u click at verification button at the bottom of the report
