last time i get 1 because of bank mistake, told me to wait 1 year to let it auto 0, escalate until higher management, then they clear off my 1 record.

bank have to submit document/release letter to bnm.

if bank say cannot, then u have to voice up and make complain lo. threaten them to bnm? i dunno, but in my case, the management called me to apologize and promised will clear within 3 working days.

bnm job is just to update your record only.
