Tried ringke, hoda, supcase, xundd, uag, x-one before. So the ringke design very familiar. I think ringke camo more nice. X-one case is the worst and overrated. Piece of shit

I usually go for UAG or Spigen coz I'm not a fan of clear cases, but since I discovered this Ringke camo black series, it seems to be the best balance between price, protection and design

I found that ringke not comfortable for long time use but it rank no. 1 for protection. The edges too sharp. Sakit tangan when hold long time. Now using supcase. Light weight and comfortable

Managed to get Phone Clone from wife's P30, most essential app are working including whatsapp. I guess if I want to migrate whatsapp from iphone I need to do that into P30 then phone clone to Mate 30 Pro. Google Map is working, just can't login so any saved location won't be there. Walk in to Huawei Store also can't help to install GMS.

Not possible to transfer iphone whatsapp backup to android directly. One using icloud another using google drive. Need some software to do it.

iphone to android is way easier than android to iphone. I've been using Wazzapmigrator but no available on AppGallery.

I only get that GMS pop up every time I open the app, but it's still usable.

Supcase is a clear case right? I don't like clear cases coz of the micro scratches that will be visible after some time But yes, the Ringke Ford feel a bit sharp round the edges.

Of course they won't do that, hahaha. The purpose is to encourage more people to use their Media Gallery and lessen the dependency on GMS

Ya, that happens in a number of apps. Hopefully app makers will join the HMS bandwagon soon. I've been impressed with the phone so far.

weird, I got my friend who use P40 Pro managed to get GMS installed by the Huawei Shop he bought from for free. Asked him about this and that's why I went to visit Huawei Store nearest to me.
Even if need to pay to work, I'd go for it. It's ashame to see great piece of hardware lay waste not fully performed. Almost everything are great on Mate 30 Pro, except for the app number.
I don't care if it's GMS or HMS, as long as the usability the same.
Wish to see GMS back officially to Huawei's phone. It's never been good to us consumer.

I think it's unlikely for GMS to return to Huawei especially not in the near future. It really is a waste!
