guys, i just got the mate 30 pro 5g, from my mom. Apparently the phone was setup by her staff and got GMS, but i already reset the phone
found out after reset theres a screen that says "this phone is unlocked, and cant be trusted". After the phone reboot, when it asked to sign in into huawei ID, it says the phone is rooted. But when I install supersu and kingoroot, both apps say the phone is not rooted. Any idea?
one more thing, it seems like theres a software update, but everytime it updates the phone, when i check software update, the same update (same version name, and same file size) appears. I can install it over and over again, it will still show theres a new update with the same version name and file size.
Anyone can help?
Did you hard reset the phone? Is developer mode on?

I have previously installed GMS using old LZPLAY method.. Stupid enough, I reset the phone - thought it can be backup-restore later..
But I managed to install GMS using new LZPLAY method - but seems not to the fullest Google experience - Play protect certification gives out device not certified
You may try to install GMS using this new method..
