Should be no problem as long it has the USB-C port.

I think s10 adapter is USB A

QUOTE(attw @ Sep 16 2019, 07:42 PM)
iPhone 11 yes, but iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max, no. If I remember correctly, the S10+ adapter is a USB A to USB C, where else the Pro Max adapter and supplied cable are both USB C to Lightning. So you’ll need a regular USB A to lightning cable to use the S10+ adapter with your iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max.

Planning to get 11, not pro
11 cable is it USB A to lightning?

Can I use my s10+ adapter to charge iphone 11?
*
S10+ charger is Quick Charge which likely not support iPhone

iPhone using Power Delivery which is differ charging method.

Not sure how much wattage will be given if using Quick charge on iPhone hmm.gif

Dear all, I am using an iPhone 7plus and have been loving it so far as it is a really good phone. But I’m confused as to whether I should upgrade to IPhone 11 pro max... what’s holding me back is the unappealing design and not much changes from the XS like the notch n all.. however the camera upgrade is what i have been waiting for... since I am an iphone photographer. Should I, or wait till iphone 12, hoping for a major change in the phone design?

iPhone Xs Max is my 10th iPhone since 2G. Every year iPhone camera is improving especially on low light and noise. 7+ to Xs Max is 2 years gap the diff is huge, I have pre-ordered Pro Max since I can tell the 2x camera len f/2.0 from f/2.4 which should solve the low noise issue on Portrait mode.

If you have the budget go for it, if you worry iPhone 12 or 11s much better, then sell next year and get a new one, every year the improvement is noticeable so you won't regret, at least not for me.

Quick Charge give max 5V 2Amp max 10watt
PD give 9V 2Amp max 18watt

I’ve tried my Note 10 Plus 25W stock charge. It provide PD power to my Xs Max.

There really isn’t any benefit to preorder on their website, so I’ll most likely walk in on the weekend after 27th - if got stocks laugh.gif

True also, nothing much special, but stock should be sufficient this time round.

any quick charger more than 18w is not going to make a difference in charging iphones.

Yeap. iPhone max support 18W but I did tried my Mi 20,000mah powerbank which have 45W Type C output. Sometime it spikes up to 22w when battery percentage drops below 20% when charging. Most of the time hover 17W. But it’s fast charging drops to 9-10watts when it reach 79% 😂

No need, really. I think it’s probably more justified for those on 7 or earlier to upgrade smile.gif

Of course, if money is no issue, then no justification needed, hehe...

I’ve looked at most of the first wave countries’ Apple website and also our southern neighbour’s telco websites - seems midnight green might be a challenge to get immediately. Then again, the wait is probably 10-14 days, not months smile.gif
