iPhone 11 yes, but iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max, no. If I remember correctly, the S10+ adapter is a USB A to USB C, where else the Pro Max adapter and supplied cable are both USB C to Lightning. So you’ll need a regular USB A to lightning cable to use the S10+ adapter with your iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max.
