To make it more detail,
- The original Desa Satumas (DS) Blocks F & G are now The Hipster Blocks B & C.
- The original DS Block D is scrapped and now The Hipster's facility area.
- The original DS Block E will be a future Rumah Wilayah (speculating as Residensi Desamas 2) Block A.

So the pond wil become park in future? How big is the park?

Developer offering RM248k with 2 carparks now. But not sure how many banks will include the extra RM18k in loan.

Yup same process. But you still need to prepare the booking cheque for developer and wait for ballotting. But based on what I saw last time, the ballot boxes for units with 2 carparks is separate from the 1 carpark units.

Units with 2 carparks have better view.

Just visit the project location today, stop at multiple stop along the road.

Time: Around 1pm

1. Hipster: No smell
2. Desa Satu Mas: No Smell
3. Water park: Got a little smell, I believe it is smell from Ajinamoto factory. I don't think it matter to Hipster buyer due to distance.

Is there any 2cp unit with lake view left? Or at least not the block directly facing htc/pond

Based on the unit drawn by my client and also another client who chatted with us, I believe the 2CP units are not the units facing the htc.

I was informed that as of yesterday that despite the launch only happening in Q4 this year, more than 100 (possibly 200) people have placed their deposits.

And the deposits are not for the units, but to enter the queue to select units.

I went there too. The smell is faint yet noticeable from where the hipster is gonna be. I only hang around less than half hour. I'm asking myself if I can deal with the smell all day long.. Can I ignore the smell? Since the price is very attractive.. Give some lose some? I don't know..

What do you guys think about the accessibility after the whole area fully developed? Do you think a lot of cars will park at the roadside?

Confirm a lot car park outside. Residensi Satumas 1.2k only allocate 1 car park. Estimate 1 house got 1.5 car x 1200= 1800 - 1200 car park = 600 car will be park outside.

To be frank I am more concerned about the terrible condition of the roads surrounding and leading to the development. I saw HUGE potholes, how do drivers even see these at night?
