Superb combination

Hi, just wondering. Previously I read Desa Satumas is 7 blocks, but when I went there only 3 blocks are being built, the land for the other 4 blocks didn't see anything yet.

Is Hipster;
A. being built on the site of the balance 4 blocks of Desa Satumas, meaning DS will effectively be 3 blocks only..


OR

B. going to be built on empty land in front/adjacent/next to Desa Satumas which will have the 7 blocks=3,000units originally planned?

Erm, I mean the Desa Satumas original plan for 7 blocks now change to only 3 blocks+ The Hipster + upcoming Residensi Wilayah? Haha....

Seem no more space for The Hipster if still have the 7 blocks Desa Satumas

Initial plan Block D E F G is now The Hipster new project.
So Desa Satumas only will have 3 blocks A B C. Revised plan.

To make it more detail,
- The original Desa Satumas (DS) Blocks F & G are now The Hipster Blocks B & C.
- The original DS Block D is scrapped and now The Hipster's facility area.
- The original DS Block E will be a future Rumah Wilayah (speculating as Residensi Desamas 2) Block A.

wish to know will it be smelly over there? i'm working oversea and cant visit the site currently. Planning to get this unit for ownstay in the future

You can waze for Desa Satumas and visit there to experience yourself. For me there's no smell at that site not sure because of no wind or what. but when I was driving from the sg besi tol into taman danau desa yes there is. No need wind down car also can smell.

Honestly the name is just terrible, as a millenial the use of the word "Hipster" in a building is just as bad as calling it Ryan and Miho

parking here.. considering whether purchase it as my first property

Probably AK want to make the project sound 'youthful', just like Ryan & Miho.

But if I were to choose between the 2 in terms of the name, I'd go for the latter.

anyone else visiting the site having the same issue ? looking for more info to decide whether to proceed.
meanwhile did some survey, developer AK reputation is so so ~ is that true?

if first house, no harm to stay here cause location at Taman Desa and affordable. But just to tahan special ‘smell’. Every time I drive pass there, surely make me feel uncomfortable because of the smell. Unless AK find a way to cover it.

is desa satumas sold out? if you are first home buyer why would u wanna choose this over desa satumas, more expensive but yet have the same facing at smelly stp

If ownstay buy desasatu mas better. Only 230k.
