can you guys help me decide which is best performance.. Sonic Gear ENZO 4000 5.1 or Creative I-Trigue 3300 2.1 or CREATIVE GIGAWORKS T20 2.0....

what?? ure comparing 2.0 vs 2.1 vs 5.1?
of course, music the T20 is the best, but for movie, maybe enzo is better.

Swapped the wrong opamp (AD8066) on my T20, voltage supply range too low, +-12v only (stock +-18v), so it's not working

XTREME will help me swap to another opm (LM49860) these few days, +-22v, so wait for the result

i just want to know...coz this all model is at the same price roughly..

SQ performance ? T20

just back from lowyat, i go Sri Computer, Viewnet, TechAsia and Thundermatch, all say no stock or dont have the sonicgear enzo 7000, TechAsia there say maybe after 2 weeks only have

they all only got display unit, and the price is about RM449

here is the 2 picture i get from the amp of enzo, one is enzo 6000 another is enzo 7000, only enzo 7000 got the optical input, even enzo 6000 also dont have

this is the enzo 6000 amp, the input part only have L and R then the rest is the 5.1 input


this is the enzo 7000 amp, the input part have the spdif, optical and also L R, but strange enough, why spdif is red and white? aren't spdif is the optical itself?


and also the sub, center speaker, and satellite speaker all are not clip or rca, the wire is connected directly to the speaker there then rca at the amp there, so how can i extend it? if you say rca or clip then maybe easy, but if there is no jack then how?

SPDIF got RCA type (yellow), found in my soundcard.

then i think i only can wait for sonic gear enzo 7000 since only that one have optical input

yeah, so sad. but thats better than u buy external decoder which going to cost u a bomb... i personally havnt upgrade to 5.1 cause no money.

i want a budget system lar, dont need really high quality one, if buy decoder better buy HTiB and my living no place to put also

Yea, both Edifier C3 and S330 are not bad. Klipsch is pretty hard to find nowadays I guess bcoz there're less ppl looking for it in M'sia. Try Sri-Comp see whether they still hv stocks for it or not.

Added on June 6, 2009, 3:00 amYou can go for Edifier S330/C3 or Klipsch GMX2.1 like the bro above. You can go for Altec Lansing MX5021 if you're willing to fork out more cash for it, around Rm550. However since you're using it on ur MacBook, I suggest you grab an external soundcard as well otherwise it won't sound gd.

It's up to you, I'm using the Asus Xonar now and yea, it's pretty gd for the price.

if the speaker is not clip type, only rca, and the rear speaker is not clip also, but the wire that directly connect to the speaker, how to extend the speaker wire?

DIY or buy an extension, the one with an end of MALE connector, the other FEMALE connector - extension.

i saw those connector at lowyat plaza, and those connect are very short length, maybe like 1 meter only.....

u need to buy female-to-female rca connector.


then u buy another RCA-RCA cable. so on the other end of the connector, u can connect it to your subwoofer.
