You need one with in built dac.

The supplied headphones come with in built dac.

Unfortunately most usbc to 3.5mm with in built dac so far sux in terms of noise floor, or amp matching - that's why we're waiting for the official Samsung version

Alternatively get Bluetooth headphones (just as planned)

Thanks for the info..

Tried after new update?

The update that just came in today
*
Yes. Updated, rebooted, factory reset. USB-C headset works perfectly, BT headset(s) work perfectly.

Speakers I think are actually working fine - because the if I had broken the speakers by playing something too loud (no I didn't), the volume would be unaffected but I would have crappy sound. Instead, volume is super low on both speakers, and the audio is just crackly and sounds like the equalizer got adjusted to over 9000. Most of the time, I'm on headphones (USB-C or BT) so unlikely I would have blown out the speakers... and I'm an uncle anyway so I don't blast anything on my phone.

I'll drop by Samsung on Saturday and see if they can perform some magic and get me a replacement within the same day (they magically managed this with my Note 9 motherboard issue). I'm starting to see a pattern here...

Many ppl criticise Samsung for not including the fast charger in the box like apple. Although I'm not a huge fan of Samsung but to me the 25w is already consider a fast charger and it's good that Samsung phone can charge even faster with an optional 45w charger. How can they even compare apple 5w charger with 25w of charger of note 10

Call me old fashion - I had never even bother to use those reportedly fast chargers that comes with the phone
Buyers who bought my used phones will noticed that
Personally I had doubts fast chargers will not degrade quickly the battery quality?
I just use a normal aukey charger for all my phones
Full charging up to 2 hours I can easily accept

Below rm 100 can get Ugreen or Baseus which is around rm 31.99 to RM 50 which give you 10W Fast Charging and sometime it will peak 12W.

If you can up your budget can get Samsung Fast charge 2.0 type which is RM 300 that can charge between 15W - 17W.

For 3.5mm dongle, is best we wait for Samsung release it’s version whether is it worthy or not as many feedback says that 3rd party one sound quality ain’t that satisfying.

FYI... I just replaced my 2 years note8 for screen burn in last week at Samsung service centre FOC. If they change their warranty policy for note10 then I don't know abt that
*
Nice even two years is still covered and that is something hard to find in Apple products.

I once have Note 4 ,having power button issue because me choosing the wrong casings for the phone, brought to Samsung and they change the entire phone housing not only the button end up I have a brand new show room shine phone well of course it is still Note 4 though but I am a happy camper.

+1. i mean, how often do you find yourself at like 1% that you can only find 30min to spare and fully charged the phone... in office my phone is plugged in, in the car i have car charger, by the time im done with meetings/work/futsal/movie, still reach home with >50%.
but thats just me 😁

My note8 actually is PO note8 with 1 year extended warranty. And BTW the screen burn in is covered by normal warranty not under protection plus

I concur. Though on the Oneplus for so many years with Dash charging now Warp Charging, I don't really use the chargers as I feel that force charging the phone will further degrade the batteries though Oneplus and Qualcomm refutes this claiming that their fast charging/ Warp charging actually enables lower temperature while charging.

Another reason would be I have many different devices, so I don't really bother swapping each distinct charger for each different device.

Correct. Protection Plus is for accidental damage to the screen.

I also agree that Samsung Sme provides one of the best after sales service for warranty claims and RMA's. No doubts about that.

The Wireless Charger Stand? Yea it's already available in Malaysia. Using it right now, to me the fast charging 2.0 is worth it. Never needed to plug in anymore.

+1 do think too fast & wireless charging still experimental periods and maybe ar maybe degrades batteries faster 👉👈 oso never use the ori charger from box, stick with reputable charger/powerbank as in my case either Anker / Tronsmart & Aukey enuf for me ✌

ya lol only I exclude car charger since N8 by using only PowerBank, can always plug-in charging while doing shower/nature's call and it enuf... so far lowest battery for my N10+ is above 40%... keep practise charge as will ✌

Just read the email again, apparently yes.

I did wait quite a few days before actually preorder though, looks like the first few days wasn't fast, so if anyone else preorder during the first week (probably) can try check email.
