I did wait quite a few days before actually preorder though, looks like the first few days wasn't fast, so if anyone else preorder during the first week (probably) can try check email.

1) There's no official way to do this between iOS and Android, if you started using whatsapp in the new phone it's gone now. Third party apps are hit or miss, never found one that works reliably for all phones so you probably have to try one by one.

2) For passwords that depends on what do you use to save your password, if you're using third party apps like LastPass or KeePass then you can transfer the database easily. If you're using iCloud's you need to use some converters that convert it to third party readable form, it's quite a hassle and there's guide that can teach you online, for example using 1Password.
