Seems like users are having the same issues with the on screen fp on the Note 10/Note 10+. Same like the issues faced by users of S10/S10+. Will have to wait for Samsung to push out an update to rectify this again, but to rectify this issue would be to ease up on FP scanning requirements which equals to easing in on security.
