Yes, I believe that to be true. Let's see how many here jump onto the band wagon.

Believe me, a lot. Usually all the expensive and limited items are very fast selling. We have a lot of rich people here in our country me.

Hahah... like mentioned, this will be a novelty item/ collectors item rather than a daily driver. I would strongly suggest against if you are looking to use it as your daily smartphone.

Are you referring to TF?
I believe you Bro, without a questionable doubt. Just look at all the Private Jets laying around at SZB/WMSA makes foreigners go WOW! Malaysia has a lot of them for such a small country. Therefore, RM8388 for these tycoons are just merely chump change.

I believe he is referring to Tan Sri TF ๐Ÿ˜‰
I second that notion ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘โœŒ

how do you all find the battery life on the 10 plus? is it better than previous Samsung flagships. I was quite disappointed with the Note 9 battery life. Phone is excellent and it's a keeper with jack still on. But the battery at 4K just didn't cut it.
Use only for messages, calls and youtube. no games
*
Many forummers here mentioned that the SD version has a much better battery life. I have not tried it myself so cant confirm.

Freaking cool actually.

The Samsung DeX is so smooth by direct connect the USB C to HDMI monitor. Very awesome!

That sweet candy actually I long didn't play already, just test it out and it run smooth! Haha!
*
For Dex to work, need to buy Samsung's USB-C to HDMI Adapter? Because I read that you need use this to connect to your monitor/tv instead of through the pc.

Yup you need these dongle if want to connect directly to tv/monitor. Cheapo dongle also working.

Yes Bro, need the USB Type-C to HDMI cable if connecting to PC monitor/TV. If PC can connect via Windows 10 companion but will not get mirror function, just messages.
*
QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Oct 9 2019, 02:00 PM)
Any brand USB C to HDMI cable with USB for power should working.

They do mentioned in phone you not using Samsung product but it is working just fine.

Better bring phone and test at shop as first I choose converter only not working but direct with cable working.

I am using below this.

Awesome Bro. Aren't you glad you kept it now? Upgrade when Samsung release SD proc for next years flagship, unless you have a change of mind and decide to go Galaxy Fold ๐Ÿ˜œ
Yup yup, it's definitely a neat feature, in collaboration with Microsoft. Makes productivity easier when working on the PC.
Tell them not to worry so much about Netflix's DRM. Just use peer sharing and all the titles will be available for download ๐Ÿ˜…

I don't mind exynos proc la bro.. That's why we buy Samsung in the first place. SD I have my oneplus. Something different besides SD which everyone else is on.

I just notice actually no need press harder.  Just put your thumb a while around 2 to 3 seconds and it will unlocked.

By the way I didn't use any screen protector and stock one also pulling off.
*
No matter what they say, the on screen finger print scanner tech is not well developed enough. Easiest would be to go without any screen protector or TG.

Not if you don't plan on using the mentioned apps or pairing a smartwatch to your phone.

Update of battery after clearing the cache, dark mode and using adaptive power saving ON.

As of writing this post the battery is at 35. Seems better then previously.

Now hesitate to go let Samsung check and reset my phone or not.
*
Is this the Note 10 or 10+?

If you hard reset your phone and use it without any apps installed and running, of course battery life would improve. It's mainly the apps draining your battery.

Have uninstall Samsung Health since I dont need its, also Wear.
others 2 only disable.
*
Usually if you don't log on to your account and leave it idle, it will drain 1-2% only per charge. But yeah, if you are not using it, might as well uninstall/disable it. Seems like Samsung still hasn't learn their lesson yet.

I come from Sony, Sony also have preinstalled apps that cant been delete, among is Whats New apps(support end, but cant uninstall), Lifelog, etc.

Dont know other Chinese phone apply similar bloat inside their FW.
*
Sony android os is well known to be quite close to stock android. It comes preloaded with minimum apps (bloatware) and is as close to stock android it could get. Oxygen OS is also well known to be very close to stock android, but with usable tweeks here and there to make user experience better. Samsung experience is the last FW you would want to use if you prefer near stock android experience.

QUOTE(zoixc @ Oct 11 2019, 05:43 PM)
Plus, i didn't reset before clearing cache. Standby is better but sot is low, and same problem 5% within 30 minute of unplug with light usage
*
SOT depends heavily on your type of usage, apps running in your background your network coverage, whether you are on wifi or data most of the time and a whole list of reasons. Different people would have different SOTS on their phones.

While we wont know exactly which is the reason for the drain on your phone, I suggest turning off AOD, lowering screen brightness to see if it makes a difference. Being in an area with poor network coverage contributes to battery drain as well.

I have AOD set to tap to show and resolution is the default one. I know for sure mt dual sim drain alot of battery. The problem is after unplug the battery almost instantly drop to around 97 within 10 minutes of no usage.

Just when to samsung SC to send for diagnostic. Was told that i would tske one hour and will wipe data on Tuesday. Today go just plug in computer and do a simple checking only lol. She said nothing wrong with the battery. Somemore tell me my battery drop 3% after unplug is due to i don't have antivirus ON. What does antivirus has to do with battery dropping 3% after unplug.
*
If you have the time, backup your data. Hard Reset your phone. Do a manual restore, meaning you restore everything but the apps. Apps you download again manually and restore data.

Oh... and YES, dual sim standby does drain more power because the phone needs to keep searching for two different networks at all times.
