Pre-ordered mine from Senheng too n collected on 22/8/19.
At first just like u all, the puchase date show 31/10/2020. But, now it was adjusted to 22/8/19 on the website n warranty til 22/8/2020.
Sms i received also mention warranty 1 year from 22/8/19.
I checked with senheng, n i was told that they already key in the details to the website provided ti them by Samsung including the extended warranty.
I will give samsung time n check with them at the end of this month if its not updates.

Hi guys,
Does anyone feel that the volume rocker button down feels abit too soft? Even the click doesnt sound as loud as the volume up button.
Or it just my unit?
