well in that case may be u should look for a artic freezer fan or a silverstone fan (those 11 blades 1 i think) which have great pressure as exhaust....... even though the CFM is not strong, it can really pull hot air out n air pass ur hdd......... no need to chop ur BS 03 such a waste..........

anyway just an idea, may be u can opt for a PCI system blower instead if ur pci slot are free, since ur PSU is in front no problem......

paxmate hard chance to find in malaysia, may be u can opte for foam instead, try took at those gasket supplier shop.......

anyway go go for the A05, really a superb case at the size ..

Black is standard but I would prefer silver coz it's shine and eye catching ...

the only downside is that the case came with a removable mobo tray. so the rad is like pulling it in a way
if not tightly screwed, it will bend the metal

yah some how the mobo tray not solid enough .....

Anyway... today went shopping.. Got that Scythe HDD dampener thing so now I have 4x HDD's in my A05!!!

Still one more slot left.



As a result... it's freakin hot when gaming. And I mean really freakin hot so I did a little surgery

The BS-03 is not more effective though its still freakin hot. I think must get new vga cooler di.. the damn vga is blowing freakin hot air directly at my pron collection!!!!

I've been planing to get his since it's a bigger brother of A05 ...

Looks like silver is a nice choice since I also still have the Lian Li bezel .

So no need to buy a new one .... I thought there's only black color only ..

Don't u have to be a bit worry of the HHD's heat issue ..

anyway I still don't think BS-03 is any good solution for providing or exhausting air with those tiny ventilation holes at the back of the case .. .

It's just too restrictive ...

Doom, just wonder, about the G7 casing, is it the front case fan can get air income from the front panel by those small hole at beside the front panel there?

looks like a normal 14cm fan to me.

yala... it more like normal 120mm case fan, only that it's 140mm, similar to A10a 120mm case fan, the mesh cover & the fan grill... , i thought the new BS-05 should be like a blower or something ...

arghh cannot tahan.. Lian Li PC-A05B is coming hahahahaha

FINALLY... my thermal issues are now solved.

Case temps : Load temps (41C)with STALKER running are lower than previous config idle temps (42C)
CPU temps: Idle temps increased 2C but load temps the same.
VGA temps: 20C drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HDD temps: 6-8C drop

But I added another fan

Final configuration.

Front INTAKE: Yate Loon at 1500rpm
Rear EXHAUST: Scythe S-flex at 1200rpm
BS-03: Chopped 9 blade at 1200rpm... 1 open PCI slot for VGA to breathe.
CPU fan: Scythe S-flex at 1200rpm

Happy di ..... temps are about the same as my old case di.

Black box shape preserved.
Noise is not silent but quite enough to be tolerated.

ps: Maybe will change the front fan to 9 blade for bigger static pressure.

Negative pressure is FTW!!!
