Only 7S is cheaper than PC-60 ... .

@vincent09
There's different between the intake method, PC-60 used front holes accumulated at the front panel while G7 used side vents of the front panel ..

so theoretical speaking G7 with more side vents works slightly better than PC-60 ........

the G7 is out of stock if im not mistaken....been out of stock for quite awhile.

if i were u id pick up the PC-A07 like gmails case. similar to G7 only the front design different. internals look exactly the same to me. or can also get the 007 which i think has a better intake flow than the G7 or A07 due to the exra holes on the front.

the A05.....to me, it may look alright (just alright, dont really fancy it) but it has one of the most ridiculous thermal designs in a case ive seen.
*
On the contrary, the 007 front holes should be far more restrictive than the side vents. It's very simple to calculate the total amount of open areas that the air can come in.

Yeah.. and I agree on the A05 part. Stock configuration is one of the most ridiculous known to mankind.

I see, nice time call ATE take out those casing out then we count together there XD.

Hmm if like that then i can make sure my old casing ( Spiderman casing tongue.gif ) the front panel totally no work at all, just 7 hole and front and quite below there .....

Ya i found that G7 like no stock like that, i like the HDD case there, don't know my pc-60 can modify like that or not.

Memang not worth it wat.

TJ07 is more expensive but has thicker aluminum and just feel more special.

The only thing I didn't like about the TJ-07 is that the exposed HDD bays. It's like a wide open outlet for those pesky HDD sound which is the most annoying of them all. Ditto with the TJ-09 though I love the TJ-09 look..like a super-sized A05 tongue.gif

Since it's lunch time now, here's the quick take/ sniper's 2 sen on the ahlian lineup.

PC-60 Plus --> NT3000 --> Classical Ah Lian look virtually unchanged since the beginning of time. This is their call to fame. It's like the Jaguar E-Type, the Ferrari Testarossa, the Lambo Countach

PC-60 Plus II --> NT3690 --> The same with accessories

PC-7 Plus/Plus II --> NT2590 --> The same but with crappy HDD cage

PC-007 --> NT3100 --> Apa beza? PS: The whole PC-7 series have various configurations of exhaust fans. The early ones sold in taiwan has crappy 8cm exhaust while the later ones have 12cm. I fail to understand this product.

PC-G50 --> NT1990 --> Stupid PSU position spoiled it.

PC-K60 window --> NT3000 --> A lot of extra money to pay for a window.

PC-G70 --> NT5990 --> If you absolutely MUST have an alu full tower which is counter productive. Who the heck lugs around an alu full tower anyway?

PC-A70 --> NT7200 --> Shhh... don't tell the others but I wanna be a TJ-09

PC-A71 --> NT8200 --> The door cost an extra NT1000

PC-A05 --> NT2900 --> Really stupid airflow but easily fixed. Sexy black box look for me at least.

PC-A07 --> NT2850 --> Longer version of the same which is more practical but personally I think it's less special because of it. A 160cm tall chick with 32B's is a great package but a 175cm tall chick with 32B's are just normal tongue.gif

PC-A58 --> NT1990 --> This is where the squashed look doesn't work

PC-A10 --> NT6600 --> On paper... a great tempting package. Almost bought one until I tapped on the panel. Folded alu instead of the V-series thick panels!!! Clank instead of a thud = big boo boo. Fail to understand the vertical HDD bay too. This would've been a great product if they placed it higher up.

PC-A16 --> NT3800 --> An improvement over the old PC-6077. Dream come true for the pron hoarders and hdd whores though the average joe won't see its appeal. Versatile compact package. Doom to be low selling.

PC-A01 --> NT3600 --> Intel cooperation case wor.... Doom to fail. They could've made this more compact but nooooo... they have to make this as big as any of the silverstone HTPC case. Phailed

PC-C30 --> NT4290 --> LC-10 looks better

PC-C31 --> NT3850 --> LC-10 looks better

PC-C35 --> NT4200 --> Why oh why do someone design a matx case WITHOUT any support for extension cards??? Fer gawd sake... at least leave a bracket for riser lar. Phailed.

PC-V300 --> NT3290 --> Funky looking cube. CD bay seems weird but makes sense if it's on your desk. Love and hate thing. PC-V350 looks better.

PC-V600 --> NT3650 --> Still stupid psu position. I can understand this in a cube case but in a tower?? Saving grace is the V-series look.

PC-V2000 --> NT7990 --> Its a V-series.

PC-V1000Plus II --> NT5600 --> It's a V-series

PC-V1100Plus II --> NT6600 --> It's a V-series

PC-V1200Plus II --> NT7000 --> It's a V-series

PC-S80 --> NT7990 --> Pirate of the China seas... it's a soldam.

I'm just being very b1tchy about casings only tongue.gif

OK... see the pics below.

The silver one is the 1337ass V-series uber thick sidepanels. Notice the sexy grooves and thickness

The one in black is a pic of regular Ah Lian sidepanels which are a single sheet folded on the sides for structural strength and to make up the clips/hooks to attach to the casing. So these are thin... and clanky sounding

i'll try post up some close up the panel of A10a, i don't really get what you meant though... folded alu meaning, this (A10a) panel is "kepingan aluminum dilipat" laugh.gif, unlike those solid alu, it's like one large thick aluminium? closest example, the V1xxx and V2xxx? those curvy is solid?

Like in most other cases, the aluminum for A10 is at most 1mm thick wat. It's a single sheet of aluminum folded on each sides to make up that clip thingy which you clip to the chassis

The V-series on the other hand has a much thicker sidepanel. I don't have one in front of me right now but it's at least 2mm thick.

So when you knock on it... the V-series has a more solid thud sound compared with the more metalic clank of the other casings.
