Wat exactly do you mean by useless LL stock fans?? Mine's working just fine...only problem is the noise...motor noise to be exact. What's yours?

i think the 38mm thick fan should be ok, because, i see the way of your HDD mounting is either facing to frontal panel or the other side (if you know what i mean), so i guess, it'll fit...

Haha, thanks to Madman's pic, i already bought myself the dvd-bezel, very nice indeed.. but how come the cover is not aligned with the surface? as in when i look from the side, the upper part of the dvd-cover goes into the casing a bit.. or i have to push the dvd-rom outside a bit?

yea, it is loud... but also, i dun think it pushes enuf air into my casing...thats y im askin

my lian li casing is still stock. no mods. lmao. its the same as the one that the thread starter own except that its in silver !

Not sure how thick that will be but i tried mounting 3 types of fan before (1 is a delta fan, 1 FM121 and 1 Noctua SI1200) and all three fit without any problem..Plenty of space left for the HDD..

I do not like the stock LL fan as well. Doesnt push enough air, noisy and coupled with the LL filter, its as good as without a fan already..

I find LL fans to push quite alot amount of air comparing with other fans but the noise is audible.

my LL fan came with EX-33 is quite good actually, works quite well..........i supposed all should be same rite ? rated at 0.27A

last time Lian li casing used Adda fans. now, my lianli casing (PC-G7) is using lianli fan. does lianli make it's own fan? or rebranded adda fan?

Something to ask you guys, I am using V1200 and I am wondering exhaust fan should be at the back or with the patent fan that at side panel?

Which one got better performance?

Depend u configuration ... if U would be u I would just make side patent fan serve as intake for gc and south bridge..

While the rear set to exhaust to take out the hot air taken from the top ...

Did you encounter any problem installing the Lian Li DVD Rom bezel to the LL A05? Does the rivet at the case interferes with the bezel?

yah a bit but just screws it down and there would be slight gap about 1 to 2 mm ....

so have to push the burner out slightly to match the gap ...

but there's no real problem at all coz the drive's tray able to eject properly .

Is it okay to clean the anodised black alumunium surface with a clean cloth and kiwi kleen dish washer? Will dish washer react with aluminium?

walao Doom, my A05 damn hot. kinda regret getting it. all the heat is focused in front. btw, your psu is facing down or facing up?
