Hhaha ..Normally I don't need to switch off my PSU .. coz usually I just unplug all the plugs connected to the power socket.

Yah u need to remove the front panel to gain access to the power switch behind of the PSU ....

Anyway just got back from ATE today ... BS-02 still out of stock and Billy said he's trying to get some and he wants me to confirm how many units that LYN forumer wants .... so that he could be certain how many units to bring in ....

as for the CD-ROM bezel there are plenty for black at the price of RM35 each ...so go grab it while stock last ....

Using Autosol only allowed u to polish it back to the way it is but not mirror shine .... it just can't ..  I tried myself ... an hour  long polishing the surface of an aluminum but it just won't shine likes mirror.....

I tried modeling kit's polisher and it works better in term of getting better polishing result but it's still far from mirror shine....

Doom, did u saw any A05B in ATE??

I heard about Lian Li when it was first introduce here back around 1998 ...

I'm not sure that's the Lian Li case or not but it should be coz it's the only case at that time that comes in full aluminum without PSU yet cost RM800 per unit ...

My brother told me how he wished to grab one of those ... but too bad until now .. he's still using CM 530 only ...

I guess no screws on those fans. All are joined using cable ties.

Hi,

Something to request you guys's help.

My display got shadow and after a while. It will gone. It might something to do with FAN. I am remember about the exact the cause but I do remember someone raise this problem before.

I am not sure the inflow fan or exhaust fan that spin not enough air in or out cause the display card show shadow. Do you guys remember and let me know the solution?

Please advice.

@akachester, Hyde`fK, E-J@1

hehehe ,, the two fans are joined with zip tie ...

Then it's tight to the rear exhaust holes with wire strip...

And there are two PCI slot bracket that screwed at the bottom of the fan as supporter .. .most won't realized it ..

hheheh look carefully in the picture ,,, there's a bit of shine at the bottom of the fans...

There's no side blow holes were done coz there's no need for the passive cooling 7300GT .... the dual fan already more than enough to cool off the card..

Besides the owner only play simple 3D game with the rig .. it just can't torture the card too much ....

Does the Lian Li A05 has adjustable PSU tray?

I am afraid that my Strider 560W would not fit in there because strider is slightly thicker because the 120mm fan grill occupies some space outside of the PSU. I scared that the fan grill would be blocked by the PSU support stand at the bottom of the PSU compartment in the A05.

Commonly Lian Li cases comes with slightly adjustable PSU tray to allow usage of most PSU, but this A05 don't seem like it. So need an answer from the users.

Sorry, is it confirmed fit if less than 5mm?

Don't intend to turn the PSU upside down. The cable outlet would hard to manage.

Most likely it will be able to fits in ... as long as u don't tight the thumb screw so deep down ...

Yah it could tolerate and fit in ,,,, but the best would be u bring the PSU to test it out ... on the safe side....

user posted image
can i fit a 38MM thick fan between the hdd cage and the front intake?

anyone try b4?

Can't say for sure but from the looks of it, it will fit. Your hard disk would be mounted slightly towards the other end of hdd compartment.

If you have the casing with you, just get a rough measurement of the front intake fan area smile.gif
