Guys. How do I set up the APN for this unifi Air ya? I'm currently using the Tenda 4G 680v2. After insert the Sim, I can't access to the internet.

Just subscribed yesterday with contract for 24month that includes B618 4G Router. My home is out of blue coverage area about 4km(approximately). Manage to get 1bar signal with speed up to 15mbps. I'm satisfied with this spec since other telco that offer unlimited plan is congested in my area. Gonna tune external antenna to get better coverage later.

Edit : Forgot to mention I lock Band 40. Band 5 & band 38 signal is everywhere but use 5mhz spectrum that always congested. Band 40 is for Unifi Air. Unifi Mobile usually will utilise band 5 & 38. That is why coverage map in Unifi Air page is smaller.

went there before, wanna register for unifi air, was told no coverage for my area and not even let me try =(

Help needed   Subscribed to Unifi Air (sim card only) and I am using Huawei B315 Router.
The error I encounter is "Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider".
I have already contacted TM but they can't help me since I am not using the router provided by TM. APN is already defaulted to unifi, but it just don't seems to work. Anyone with tips of what should I do?

The router that comes with unifi suddenly die today. Do I send it to tm or straight to huawei? We just changed to air from shitmyx and now this happens.

Already tried everything I think, unplug and plug again. It still won't turn on. I hope the adapter is the problem, not the device itself.

guys, 1 thing is quite confusing, is unifi air postpaid plan? i'm on third month, and they still bill me in advance.

If unifi mobile can tether 4G/LTE by setting the unifi APN, does that unifi air can work too?

My area is outside blue area in the map, but I can get up to 60mbps download speed. Now I keep quiet about it so no one in my area subscribe unifi air to avoid congested

I asked at tmpoint, the customer service confirmed with their managers and told me that because I'm still waiting my home address to be installed with unifi fibre (maybe take few months), I can apply for the unifi air with modem (2 years contract). When they install the fibre to my house, it is considered as an upgrade over unifi air and i can return the unifi air modem and the contract will be voided as i would continue new 2 years contract with unifi fibre, the catch is it must be my account and at both registered at the same house address. Anybody of you has experienced something like this?

It seems TM just upgraded their LTE at my area to band 40 now from the previous band 5 only.

hello, may i ask some thing about unifi air? just start using unifi air around march. TM told me the monthly price for it will be RM79 + SST.
so, i assuming it will be 79 + 4.74 = 83.74 each month. TM want me to sign 2 years contract and i agree... and on the day i subscribe have to pay RM100 and be told that with deducted form next month bill...


but now, i check the new incoming bill, why it charge me RM150.36 per month and include sst it will become Rm 159.38. where is the promise on the site that RM79 per month
if i am not wrong after my calculate it should be 83.74 -100 = -16.26, i try to ask 100, and they told me it is pro rate.
so, i want to ask if my bil as picture below is correct?

Dear all, my house is just 200/300m from unifi air blue coverage area. I’m getting daily below 1mbps for more than one month. I truly hope anyone can please advise or help me. I do not mind to pay some fee if successful one can help me. My family are in very stressful condition without internet during MCO. I have file MCMC report as well. If no option I will cancel it at stick to streamyx 8mbps as no fiber at my area. Many thank you for reading and and help.

Digi would be strongest coverage at my area but the infinite 150 too costly to me. Anyway, at FB unifi page, there’s a very nice guy name Tanpa Wayar guided properly put modem and facing towards certain location and it works!! From 1mbps now become approximately 20mbps above !! Problem solved.. thank you all.. buying a external antenna Ts-9 ori huawei on the way soon. Definitely will boost even more.. happy now lol
