The proximity to Flora Damansara is quite worrisome.
Even last month, there has been news of Africans attacking the police.

Hopefully with the new Exsim township project, the authorities will take much harder effort to keep that area safe.

So far this is the cheapest condo in PJ area. Did anyone already booking for this project? Feel like want to book one but the low cost apartment behind the building is worrisome.

do u blame developer for the community safety issue? why not the police? state authority? government? or najib? lol

you did mentioned cheapest condo in pj, so do u expect high end neighbourhood surrounding you?
for me its like bangsar south 10 years ago, surrounding with those low cost flats, but u see now how is it change within this period?
furthermore the whole township is under one master developer exsim, i would say it will be improve once more infrastructure coming in

Yeah. Most likely those patrolling police couldn't be bother to go in. Currently only flora and some landed that is guarded using the road to get in.

And also provided this 'mini' township successful.
Compare to bangsar this is a much smaller scale.

Which one is low cost apartments???

The affordable apartments by exsim not exactly high end apartments.

I suggest you go to Flora Damansara and see for yourself.
Better yet, google "Flora Damansara jenayah" beforehand.

Anyway, even with Flora, I still believe this project will be successful.

Based on the scale model during my showroom visit and SA information. There will be another building phase 2 by Exsim that will be built sandwich in between DQuince and Flora Damansara.

So DQuince will not be right beside Flora Damansara correct me if I am wrong.

I remember one of the agent said it's around 1.5KM away. Not right beside but near enough.

If Exsim can pull off the whole township successfully then this 65 acres area will be renewed.

flora Damansara is not low cost apartments.

low cost is normally sell below 50k and usually its 5 storey walk up.

Different ya. Empire City is by Mammoth Empire, d'Quince is by EXSIM.

Sorry just need more info. Mammoth sold to a company, is it Exsim (the now empire city developer?)
