So far this is the cheapest condo in PJ area. Did anyone already booking for this project? Feel like want to book one but the low cost apartment behind the building is worrisome.

if new house play an important factor in your selection, then your criteria will be different.

ironically, some chinese believe if house too near to temple also not a good thing, because maybe many dirty things gather there
