INFINITE was enjoyable... although the plot is rather weak, rushed thru. An Antoine Fuqua film.


TRIGGER POINT was disappointing - poor compared to supposedly a "Jason Bourne" trilogy type.

Just finish watching Way Down or also known as The Vault, good heist action movie. I give it 4/5 stars as this was the better movie I watched in recent week.

season 2 lupin is out

watched it... not so good, think i will not continue if S3 comes.

TV shows... Kung Fu is just ok... a reimagined old story meant for Bruce Lee at the time but was given to David Carradine.

the problem with hollywood kungfu/wuxia shows is they appear "fake", low end w/o the pros and veterans from China/Hong Kong!


lastly, if u r a fan of X-FILES, FRINGE, check out DEBRIS. i enjoyed it.

fans of the japanese movie series Rurouni Kenshin nicknamed Battosai, be informed there is a new one out.

it is the 4th instalment - Rurouni Kenshin: The Final

the swordplay in this one is excellent, impressive. 3/5.

Not great, just ok.

Just finished watch two new animation. One from Disney+ (Pixar), another from Netflix (Sony Animation).

Luca - This was so beautiful! and it bring out meaningful meaning - Friendship, Don't Differentiate and Live Harmonies Together. Awesome! 4.5 Star.

Wish Dragon - This is not so origin the story line, a bit like Aladdin but change to Dragon. But it was entertaining and yes another meaningful message. 4 Star.

Loki I wait for finished first before watch, don't like to watch one episode wait another week for 2nd episode and so on. Hehe.

as much as I like Loki.... This one really tarak feel.....

I always love Christopher Nolan writing & directing film. But this big year 2020 film Tenet I not so sure and it actually kind of bored to me.
I split to 4 or 5 times to finished it. I start watching since yesterday and just finished it now.

If you watch before Inception and feel the dream inside dream, inside dream, inside dream to go pass or future is confusing.

This Tenet is even confusing! it is not about simple Past and Future or Another Universe. It is Invert.

I feel many un-answer in this film.

I not give rating for this film as I not sure how to give. The rating 7.1 is overall rating from IMDb.

its about the switching between timeline and meeting with old self vs future self

see if the movie timeline can help a bit.. its not easy to understand thou.. but put a side the complex storyline.. its quite a quality movie i terms of video/audio effect.. typical nolan standard

A Quiet Place Part II

watch it again - Tenet is an excellent sci fi movie, very well made.

the thing to note is like what was said in one scene - "do not try to understand everything, you can't"!

time travel, time bending, alternate universes, quantum entanglement... these themes are always mind f'kers.



now, Ice Road is quite a good one, 3/5.

reminds me of stallone's cliffhanger 1993.
