A tragic biography of legend jazz singer, sad and tough. Didn't know about lynching until now (had to google it after), a really sad history for african americans which goes on till today

Finally watched Raya and the Last Dragon - 5 Star (10/10).

Beside awesome graphics, this animation film is very meaningful storyline. Love it! Full mark for me.

Decided to watch old movies and was surprised with this find .. fantasy theme ... could have been stretched further with longer runtime ... left hanging and wanting more




Managed to get thru this with kids .... prefer the 1st movie ... this time travel one is messy and gets on nerves

Haha! soon you can remember all the dialog.

I think this Doraemon: Nobita's New Dinosaur is not suitable for small kids, it is more adult storyline.

Yer I tot it’s going be annoying and stupid like the live action Mulan but awkwafina really pulled the dragon off well. But I wish they edited it to show the sacrifice of the dragons first so I can connect with the dragon later. So in the end when raya follows the same steps I can feel more of the sacrifice and where the whole story is coming from. But they only intro the sacrifice later and by then kinda lost a little on me. Still 5/5 show.

Just finished watch Nomadland. Hmmm... this movie is somehow hmmm..., very bored storyline, beside showing life of Nomad people, that it, totally meaningless and waste of time. 2 Star (4/10).
Academy Awards 2021 Best Motion Picture of the Year? Nah, I don't buy it this time. Overrated!

Frances McDormand - Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in Academy Awards 2021. Her acting was good.
From IMDb trivia mentioned she blended into the nomadic community so well that one of the local Targets offered her an application for a job. I do salute her on this.

Chloé Zhao - Best Achievement in Directing in Academy Awards 2021, what so special about directing this film. It looks like she is doing a "fake" documentary with real Nomadic Community inside. That it.

woke at 3am.. turn on netflix saw this movie being recommended..
was released back on 2010 but i never watch this before.
i dun know the main male and female lead but there's a guest appearance of liam nelson with couple of familiar faces whom i cant name playing as cops.
slow story line but kept me to the edge trying to know if the trust and effort by the male lead gonna success at the end
watch it if you have not.. i recommend this.. budget movie with proper storyline and nothing fancy.

3 movies for u...

Woman in the Window is a psychological thriller, with a couple of twists and turns, but u cud have guessed them.

star studded with amy adams, gary oldman, anthony mackie, julian moore.

got poor reviews, but i thought it was quite alright - 2.5/5.




Those Who Wish Me Dead is straight up action thriller with forest fires in the background.

star studded too - angelina jolie, jon bernthal, nicholas hoult, aiden gillen.

but i wasn't thrilled by the simple plot - 2.5/5.




Army of the Dead is a 2.5 hr Zack Synder zombie heist film.

if u have watched World War Z and Walking Dead, u will probably like it for its packed action, Synder style.

if not, u will probably hate it.

i thought it was quite well done for a zombie movie - 3/5.

Army of the Dead - 0/10, 0 Star. What?!!! The worst Zombies film and the worst film direct by Zack Snyder.

Beside unique of Zombies, silly script dialog, stupid storyline, stupidlogic, freaking boring, Trash!

Zack Snyder you did great on Dawn of the Dead remake, but what is this trash are? Terrible new film I watch in year 2021.

Just finish watch The Year Earth Changed - 5 Star.

Well done documentary, year 2020 probably is the suffer year for us but it definitely the most happy year for all the animals.

After watching this I feel human is too greedy and occupied everything and make animal even a place to stay also poor.

Probably this pandemic human should think about stay harmonies together with animals or any species in this world and take care of earth.

watched this also.. dun bring too much expectation still watchable la... but i would like to comment about the way the video was captured... too much of dof and lens flare.. i m not sure if that was on purpose.. the film was shot in very shallow dof.. good to cut off the background but it causes nauseas as things getting blurred too much

Ya totally agreed. Too much flare and blur and too narrow.

Watched this Australian movie last night. A thriller kind of movie. Highly recommended.
