I'm on the same journey with you ts. Now I'm running 5km everyday. Reduce carbs and fats. I yet to do core training.

Go plant base diet, stop eating anything from animal. U will get flat stomach in no time..im not even kidding.

Can see tummy reduce abit. But can push further. Do you do anything beside running? Jumping jacks, planking, dumbbell etc?

Exercise only makes you stronger.

What you eat decides how fat or thin you become.

So if you want to lose weight, eat less calorie.

If you wNt to be strong then exercise.

Also spot targeting does not work. Yiyr body loses fat evenly. It can't lose fat at one particular spot only.

do cardio.. cycling is very effective. 1 day 1 hour.. follow class.

intermittent fasting + exercise, jogging also can already as exercise

if just do intermittent fasting only your weight reduced but beer belly still gonna be there, hence need to combine with exercises
