Hi /k,
ayam start working out 2 months ago,
ayam wants to lose beer belly
ayam wanna ask what exercise is effective in losing bellyfat?
ayam meeting parents of gf in 3 months.

Do alot of kardio...like running cycling ...you need a way to burn fat


Then do targeted stumoch exercise like sit up etc to tone it

i rarely drink beer, i eat a little during dinner and i sleep at 10.30pm and wake up at 6.30am

tbh, cannot jsut specifically reduce belly fat

need to do A LOT of HIIT exercises to up your metabolism which will burn fats from all your body, and will together reduce your belly fet

I am giving you these tips only because of the drilzz.

1. Watch what you eat first.
2. Cut high fat food.
3. Then do HIIT exercise first thing in the morning on empty stomach.
4. Do some ab exercises like crunches and waist twists every other day.

Even if you do the exercises but cant control your tongue then forget it.

get a group of friend to do together, like this you wont feel bored and quit easily.
1 week maybe you can, after that, you may want to stop

It is all about input and output when u wanna lose weight, fat.
Can try survey ur food option, ur daily diet, google about the calorie of all of them and then adjust among them.
And rmbr to made a balance diet since u dont wanna become malnourished rite.
I am impressed by those nutritionist coz they can come out with a diet for those ppl who pregnant at 9 month, but only the belly turn bigger.
