Show me anywhere in asnb prospectus that say we cant transfer units to another person for rm50 kfc tips? In fact asnb would be very happy if everyone can do 3rd party transfer as they get RM15 buta2

Yes, anything by cash and undeclared is shadow economy.

There is a rule said only UT agent / agent partner can sell units, and only the company can charge fees as sales charge.

Not even public bank can sell.

we have had this similar discussion before, and the opinion varies.

perhaps. perhaps we can call it 'convenience charges' since it is allowed to transfer between 2 unrelated persons. just playing with the wordings.

If you are so serious about asnb rules and regulations, you can write to asnb to stop this 3rd party transfer. I wouldn’t care less.

What nothing to do? You are arguing about selling asnb units and collect tips, and it is definitely within this topic.

I haven't even talk about the extent until one (buyer or seller) get scammed, can one chase back the money legally? Is this a lawful transaction at the first place?

What I want to said, there are a lot of unknown implications on buying and selling units via unofficial channel, which one should be cautious about.
