Received call from Digi retention team during the 1st attempt, after that not successful

Hi All,

Just want to check out from members of Digi Here.

In Digi app-->Buy Add-Ons-->Booster-->Unlimited Call to All Network (RM10).
Did you guys have the option to purchase this unlimited call? Why I did not have this option in my digi app?

Try to consult with Digi Helpline, but no response.

Help me guys as I want to pair it with bigbonus35

Did you subscribe to bigbonus35 already? If yes, show the screen please.

Currently I subscribe the bigbonus28 which come with unlimited call.
Is it due to I sub to bigbonus28, the option for unlimited call did not appear?

I also check with my friend (whom did not sub to any bigbonus plan), also did not have the unlimited call option.

It should be there if you're already subscribed to a biGBonus add-on.

You're already on biGBonus 28 which has unlimited calls built in. Why would you want to waste another RM10 for something you don't need?

In my next cycle plan, I want to sub to bb35 with bigger data.
So i need unlimited call to pair with bb35.

Then look for it WHEN you have actually subscribed to biGBonus 35.

I have the RM10 unlimited calls (30days). My BOS RM28 is without rollover data. unlimited calls, 5GB and free daily 1GB.

May I know what is BOS RM28? biGBonus28?
biGBonus28 should be with unlimited call, 4GB data and free 1GB 1-7pm daily

BOS RM28: unlimited calls, 5GB data, free 1 GB 1-7pm daily, no data rollover

same happened to me, but i didn't pickup the calls.

try not to mnp too close to the end of active so that you have some buffer for 2nd attempt.

btw, why are you leaving? tired of superdeals already?

Need a cheapest back up line that can call and Internet
Sometimes Digi slow like snail then switch to unifi mobile if urgent

What is digi cheapest package for prepaid and postpaid ?

Didn't update lately.

Requirement :
Use as for backup
just need about 1-3 Hours free call
and around usage of 500mb-1GB for apps updates.

Cheapest 15 but no call(not sure can buy call addon or not)

Thank you , but is it possible to change package if the contract is over ?
Example : using pospaid digi 58 to digi prepaid bigbonus 28 ?

And I forgot to mention also , what about cheapest postpaid ? any cheapest postpaid for RM 30 ?
