Anyone using Video and Music Freedom 2.5GB data? Mine when using Spotify (I listen to podcast especially) will eat up my basic data. I called Digi and lodged a complain with them and they say they did not detect any Spotify usage and can't do anything.
Today the same thing happened again and used up all my data. Already lodged a complaint with MCMC. Hopefully anyone with similar experience can step forward as well. |

For those who is looking for iPhone 11 through Digi, try your luck by getting to Digi Store Bangsar early on Friday. Who knows, you might get an Apple Watch along with the new phone
I found the info here: https://community.digi.com.my/t5/Promotions...-365/ta-p/63163 |

Is it possible to request merging of both weekday and weekend internet data for old family 150 plan without switching? If only need to pay a little more to do so then I'm fine with it.
So tired of telco doing this principle + sub lines and called it a family plan instead of bundled plan, only reason I still stick with Digi besides the value. |

so confirm right video n music freedom being capped right now?
i asked cs before, she said no capping whatsoever from digi side. its annoying bcoz it takes forever to finish the 2.5gb quota now. prefer use my base plan speed instead |

RM 5 for 5GB for 15 days always active is so awesome. Perfect for my colleagues, they are in KL for just few days and didn't buy any SIM card. They thought data roaming was working but somehow it didn't. So I lent them one of my prepaid SIMs and saw this on BOS, quickly subscribed for them. One of them will hold this SIM and share hotspot with the rest. I was pretty worried about them without any data lurking around.
Again BOS saves me. |

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Sep 26 2019, 08:58 PM) I've long been a bit sceptical about Opensignal.Anyway, in Penang at least, I find Celcom's indoor penetration to be generally worse than Digi's in many buildings, which is surprising given that Celcom has more spectrum bandwidth than Digi. |
