rm5.60 56gb got capped speed really? wtf is this shit

i notice the speed for free 2.5gb weekly quota for video is being capped. speed is not more than 1Mbps tho.

can barely playing youtube vid in hd

is it just me?

i have 2 sims with me. and both have same issue. im in rembau btw

so confirm right video n music freedom being capped right now?

i asked cs before, she said no capping whatsoever from digi side.

its annoying bcoz it takes forever to finish the 2.5gb quota now. prefer use my base plan speed instead

my mum asked me why so many internet quota she have. seriously i have no idea.
right now shes on rm28 prepaid plan.

last month:
5gb base plan
2gb free?
another 2gb free?
unlimited call
everyday free 1gb 1pm-7pm.
so base quota total 9gb.

This month got extra 5gb. base quota become 10gb. got rollover for this plan issit?
total base quota this month 14gb.
She cant even finish the free 2gb quota.

i see. the mydigi apps showing 10gb for base. how many gb can we rollover every month?

for rm28 that is quite good plan. mum just want the unlimited call.

bought cny promo 88gb rm4.88 2 weeks ago. 80gb 10pm-7am turns out got 1Mbps speedcap which is ridiculous.

-CS state no speed cap whatsoever.
-took screenshot of speedtest my usual speed n the capped speed. CS still insist no speedcap for the addon. WTF ?
-report to mcmc with all the details.
-yesterday, case closed to my favor. got rm5 credit back.

add on promo by digi is the worst. they dont even math.

one num expired on 28th. few minutes after expiry i topup rm5.

few minutes after that received sms Berjaya diaktifkan - Free 1GB Daily (8am-6pm).

new expiry updated to 13th may.

maybe if u wait for the sms about the free 1gb it will extend the validity.

if your number going to expire today or tmr just subscribe the free 1gb back using ussd. both my number extended for 14 more days.

one number extended to 22nd june. received sms had maksimum dicapai and another sms "Berjaya diaktifkan - Free 1GB Daily (8am-6pm). "

edit: other number also extended after advance credit. supposed to expire today 8/6

anyone else still on this plan? unlimited data 3Mbps with hotspot 3gb. auto renew every month. no call plan included btw.
used in usb modem but hotspot quota not depleted. but if hotspot from phone will deduct.

cant understand how digi select user for their promo

she wants unlimited call with some data. for rm28 that is quite good plan already i think. 7gb main(5gb + 2gb ).
mostly only for whatsapp and youtube.
