In my area, Digi has 3 towers and one of it broadcasting 900mhz band 8. This tower located far in the middle of rubber and palm oil plantation with only few houses in vicinity.

Last time I got and offer to go for postpaid 38 from BOS, but the system rejected due to I am blacklisted by celcom. After a while, no more offer received. There were few popup when I launched the app, offering me postpaid 58, which I tried but unsuccessful too. Must be for the same reason.
Today answered a call from digi telemarketer offer me postpaid 58, told them about my attemp to convert to postpaid but rejected due to the blacklist. She said digi is aware and willing to bypass the requirement as long I am agree to go for postpaid, which I am agreed to go for.

I believe due to it's higher ARPU generated from the postpaid segment.
My intention about my previous post was about to give some expression that even the users blacklisted, with correct channel that can be bypassed as well, and this offer came from digi's marketing itself.
My current postpaid is now MI Postpaid 58, unlike the normal 58, I am given discount rm8, 5gb all day, 5gb weekend, 5gb monthly bonus, FOC sms, unlimited calls to all network, FnF for IDD etc.
Since this is not bind to any contract, I am can always terminate or migrate back to prepaid at any time as I wish.

thank you, in fact I am blacklisted by celcom, and to my surprise I am able to registered with celcom postpaid last few month as well, currently on xp50. Now is digi.
I guess, as long that can generate more users in term of postpaid segment, some strict requirement can be skip.
We have seen redONE, Celcom and now Digi.
Most likely I will downgrade my postpaid back to prepaid as mine is not tied to any contract. I just don't need 2 postpaid, moreover the number is more to data and will be wasteful to have unlimited calls and free SMS.

try to this, usually it worked for me. Whenever sharp at 1.01pm onwards, off the data for a second or do the aeroplane mode. Run the data again as it will refresh again the connection. The same on apps based quota such as video and music freedom. I observed this for months when there were a time my base quota deducted instead of the 1-7pm and video freedom allocation.

yeah, just realized mine is having that as well. They added the 2gb weekend into the plan. Looking for 5gb version as well, but bos only offer me infinite 100 postpaid which is simply overkill to my monthly usage.

actually I am on prepaid live opt for bigbonus 28 plan, the original offer was unlimited talk + 2gb all day + 1gb 1-7pm. Video and music freedom is free at 2.5gb a week or 10gb a month. The new addition to the current quota beside 2gb all day is 2gb weekend.

Complaint to Digi as now I can feel 4G penetration into my house is not as strong as before. Now I am getting more than 70% on H+ and the speed is slow af just same to the basic 64kbps speed.
Digi replied that there is no network abnormalities from their cell towers nearby.

not really, I know my place very well. Trees and kampung houses still the same as before. Got a feel that the antenna direction been projected to other places with more users in line.

Last month got this as well, not paying attention on it until the marketing staff called my no. Told them I blacklisted haha.

She asked me to try few days first and I can decide to downgrade or terminate later on since that offer does not tied to any contract. A month used I am terminate the no. due to bad 4G reception in my area, likely blind spot from the LTE projection as most of the time on 3G. Few meters walk can get full LTE. Frankly the speed for H+ is really a painful in the @$$, super slow from H+ of maxis or celcom. Few many times complaint but as usual, they can't do much to improve it.
