Anyone from Tawau, Sabah here?
I am facing high latency for my two Digi Sims..
Ping is above 300ms, sometimes reaches 600ms..
It happens for a few days.. asked Digi live chat said no report received in my area..

those shopee RM10 vouchers, I got them and thought I could buy prepaid topup. Apparently not.

Anyone got good idea how to spend it?

Digi is always like that. At my place where the reception is non existent but the support can tell me that the internet and mobile call are both working perfectly at the mentioned point.

They always don't want to do anything.

I did a few tests by bringing my phone around different places.
It looks like every places in my town facing the same problem.
So curious why no one complain about it..

Ask OnePlus and they say Digi must do something about it, ask Digi and they say OnePlus must do something about it.

Neither party wants to own this problem unfortunately.

That’s true but some of them are on postpaid, they don’t like to use prepaid because they always forget to TopUp. I know of a few friends and relatives just not receptive to prepaid. 2 of my older relatives still having their business like to buy plans with phones. So they may gain from this.

I’m getting rebate for my Digi broadband. My prepaid RM28, I get so much more data than the postpaid plan.

Stick with prepaid, save the SST as well. What broadband package you have and how much after rebate?
