tried email for PB Visa Signature waiver SST, but say no longer provide that. Will try use call.

Couldn't get PBB service tax "rebate" already...called CS and they said campaign over =/

I called them and informed them politely, the cs submitted my request but end up they rejected also. The quantum visa card I seldom use after the benefit changed, maybe it was the reason I didn't get the sst rebate.

I usually will receive my statement in email on every 4th but so far I still haven’t received this month’s statement. Is it happening to you guys too?

I have received the World mastercard yesterday. PB bank send it to me without notice and I have no loan with the bank. Only got 1 PB visa signature card with them. So surprised

World Elite also not very prestigious. 190k per annum salary can get edi.

Surprisingly I don't think I have received it, didn't hear from my mom that she received any bank letter for me.
I did apply for its VI, and they gave me WMC as well, many years ago. Then I cancelled the WMC long ago. Recently, I also cancelled the VI, so maybe that's why they didn't send it to me this time.

update may 2025- been charged gov cc sst rm25. Called bank few times and asked. Cannot waive or ask for rebate. Quite frequently and large amount use. My fav cc when use for travelling.
Lucky they check on system found that i've enough point. So they use that to waive it. Anyway, i dont use their point & prefer get cashback

therefore will maintain my visa cc for another year.
