got charged SST RM25 for my VS yesterday (annual fee was charged and reversed immediately on the same day yesterday)
Just called CS few minutes ago asking for SST rebate. CS say will give me rebate to my VS due to active usage of my card. Didnt say anything about spending minimum RMX amount in X days (probably due to that I been using it monthly for getting CB)

First 2 went thru 12.01-12.02am
3rd attempt got locked out. waited about 30+ mins
Then another 2 went thru 12.41-12.42am
Then the following attempt got locked out. wait another 30 mins and try and still locked out.
Sleep and wake up around 7am+ and try and still got locked out.
Called PBCS to get it unlock and ask for SST rebate (said subject to mgmt approval).

Top up BP after 4 times after midnight with 20-30 mins break in between them. 5th attempt fail.
Called PB CS right when wake up from sleep to ask to unblock. Immediately can top up already.

Did 4 times on BP after midnight. Then call PB CS in the morning to unlock PBVS to top up one more time. Done
