I reached RM888 on 22 Jan 2022 (Transaction date)

Was charged SST on my PBVS last 2 July. Today called CS to ask for rebate. CS said would put in application for waiver. Check account and rebate given immediately. Done in 2 minutes.

Just checked statement today. Got RM30 CB instead of RM38 for my PBVS card.

Called CS to enquire and to inform that all my transactions are in Sept and they cannot retrospectively apply their new TNC to my previous transactions. CS say will appeal to management and usually within 1 week, the results should appear in the statement. To call them back after 1 week if there is no changes.

My suggestion for everyone is to call CS and make sure they are aware of your situation. If not, they might just try to pull a fast one on those who are not up to date.

It appears that PB think I topup e-wallet on Lazada when I actually purchase TNG Pin on Lazada.

In addition, looks like all PB credit cards , all e-wallet reloads are excluded from rewards.

Call PB Customer Service last Friday 5 July regarding the missing CB for Public Islamic Bank Visa Platinum and received it today 12 July.

Call PB Customer Service yesterday 11 July regarding SST rebate for my PBVS and received it today 12 July.

Received the PB World Mastercard via mail for free. I dont remember applying for it. I dont plan to use it at all. Can i just ignore it and dont do anything?
