So I think the last payment that exceed RM500 still count as contactless entry without pin reset... I not yet try next contactless payment but guess I will need to reset first..

Same here. I called three times, earlier two times negative answer from different officers.
At least third one, told me to spend RM 500 and call them back after I have done so.

I just called again and he said will put in a request, subject to management's approval. I guess pretty positive this round.

Don't know what's their criteria in waiving, my friend just sent an email to the customer and got it waived without any condition.. I did email as well but they gave me a call saying that mine can't be waived and k ask them to create a request instead..

Called CS, was told that 1st year service tax cannot be rebated for QMC. I'm not a new customer to PBB anyway. Does anyone manage to get some sort of rebate similar to this situation?

Tell them to wave then input pin. I did that for my burgers and lobsters bill, it was close to RM 300 😂 the cashier was telling me still need pin... then I just smiled.
