since your intention on swiping on 1st of each month but flow to next statement cycle, I'd recommend you to only swipe on 2nd of each month instead.

avoid swiping on exact statement date, unless you have no choice (need the fund in bp but facing the risk of not getting cb for next cycle)

good news, called CS:

1) 2 cards approved, but can cancel either card. I'll just wait the physical cards to arrive first, take wefies, then call CS to cancel the Mastercard later.

2) also eligible for new acquisition campaign (NTB to PiB). Up to RM80 for 1st transaction (non-cumulative). hopefully got quota left for this month, else wait for 1st May to refresh the cycle.

3) no SST rebate but covered by (2) above.
