I have a feeling this is the old form. The form that I got from PB customer service email is another form and am required to apply for both visa and mc. I have further asked about that and awaiting reply.

Just curious why is the hype of the pb islamic card? is it due to the 4% online cb?

isn't the vs 6% and quantum 5% better? unless it's due to that you have got both and now greeting the 3rd card for the extra cb?
